Operating Controls

To maintain the necessary high quality of operations in existing and new stores, the company has set in place a sophisticated system of reports and controls. These provide an accurate picture of each store's appearance, service level characteristics, and financial performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. In addition, the store operator, its employees, and all managers are compensated in part on an incentive program based upon the store's service level commitments, as well as, achievement of its financial and profit goals.
