Gateway Newstands is proud of its expertise in site selection and management of its existing retail leases.  Our in-house real estate department is headed by our VP Real Estate, Terry Samuels, celebrating 25 years with Gateway Newstands and a total of 30 years in commercial real estate industry. Mark Orobetz joined the Gateway team in 1999, he was formerly with JJ Barnicke for 13 years, and practiced real estate in Western Canada for 5 years prior to moving to Ontario.
